Mariam is a fitness instructor and competitive bodybuilder. She began practising karate as a child, achieving success and developing the discipline that continues to shape her approach to sport.

After graduating from Tbilisi Public School No. 103, she continued her education at the Faculty of Law at the University of Quality Management.

She has worked as a fitness instructor since 2016 and completed the MFG professional fitness instructor course in 2017.

Mariam works with children and adults of different fitness levels, adapting exercise programmes to individual goals, abilities and health circumstances.

Alongside coaching, she competes in bodybuilding and fitness. On 26 October 2019, she placed second at the Tbilisi Open Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship.
